Unfortunately we have had a lot of last minute cancellations and ‘no shows’. As we are a small locally owned business it doesn’t give us time to take another booking or call people off our waitlist.

Going forward we are implementing a 48 hours cancellation policy and an online booking fee. All online bookings will incur a fee of 50% of the price of the service booked. In clinic appointment bookings will require a credit card to be held on a secure platform on your file. We understand that sometimes you cannot make your appointment. However, we kindly request 48 hours notice so that we can offer that time slot to another client. Any cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will incur a fee of 50% of the price of the service booked. Any ‘no show’ for appointments on the day will incur a fee of 100% of the price of the service booked.

This is not personal, it is a policy we have to put across the board so it is equally fair for everyone.
