Prior to the appointment please brush your teeth and gargle with a mouth wash.

Avoid drinks other than water within one hour of treatment. A consultation is required so please be aware of your health status aswell as any medications you are on.

Following treatment it is recommended not to eat and drink for 2 hours (Water is ok).

We recommend you adhere to the white diet.
